230nm deep ultraviolet narrowband
optical filterIt is mainly used in the short wave ultraviolet band. The filter only allows ultraviolet light with a center wavelength of around 230nm to pass through, and cuts off visible light outside the passband. This product uses ultraviolet quartz glass coating to achieve this. If you need to use other substrate materials, please contact our business personnel for customization.
Due to the high absorption of shortwave ultraviolet light, it is difficult for general optical media materials to have high transmittance at this wavelength. Most domestic manufacturers choose to increase the bandwidth to increase the light intensity. However, this result can lead to unclean color filters and ineffective acquisition of monochromatic light with a peak at 230nm. Our company's product achieves a transmittance of T>10% at the center wavelength of 230nm on a narrow bandwidth of 10nm, effectively solving the problem of weak shortwave ultraviolet signals.
