The incident angle of the DM600 dichroic mirror is 45 degrees, and the specific parameters have high reflection>99% in the 300-600nm band, which can effectively reflect excitation light to ensure high-energy excitation of fluorescent dyes. At the same time, the transition band between the high reflection and high transmission regions of this dichroic mirror is very narrow, with a transmittance of>92% in the 620-900nm band. Compared with similar products in the market, the 20nm transition band can be used for more types of fluorescent dyes, while ensuring low back noise in imaging. The selection of matching excitation and reception filters is more flexible, achieving efficient observation and analysis of samples labeled with fluorescent dyes.
