Set the center wavelength based on the peak wavelength of the light source or fluorescent signal, and take a bandwidth of 1.5 to 2 times the spectral width of the signal. For example, in fluorescence detection, if the excitation light is 470nm and the emission light is 520nm, the emission plate should be selected with a bandwidth of 20-30nm to block the excitation light completely. If you are unsure, please send us the model of the light source and detector for engineering assistance.
A dichroic mirror is used for 45 ° incidence, transmitting one wavelength band and reflecting another wavelength band. The fixed wavelength only depends on how much excitation and emission you have: for fluorescence systems with excitation of 488nm and emission of 520nm, choose specifications with high reflectivity below 488 and high transparency above 520. Leave a margin of 10-20nm at the interface wavelength between transmission and reflection for cleaner cutting.
Infrared cut-off film is a "long wave full range" that allows visible light to pass through, and is used to suppress infrared crosstalk in cameras and facial recognition modules; Narrowband filters are used in devices with clear operating bands, such as 940nm infrared monitoring and 850nm night vision, with only one segment passing through and all other ranges. To suppress clutter, choose the former; to improve signal-to-noise ratio, choose the latter.
OD is the optical density, with a decay factor of 10 to the power of OD. OD1 attenuates by 10 times, OD2 attenuates by 100 times. Laser protection and light quantity control can be calculated by reversing the incident power and detector saturation threshold. Regular OD0.3~OD4 in stock, higher values can be double laminated.
There are delivery records for both ultraviolet 200nm and near-infrared 2000nm. 42 narrowband specifications are readily available, and beyond this range, customization is required. The film system will be redesigned, and the delivery time will follow the sampling process.
Three things can be used to evaluate: center wavelength (or trans reflection band), external dimensions and substrate, and usage scenario (incident angle, temperature range, laser power). It's best to have drawings, if not, write down these three items clearly and send them over.

Take it. Each batch is accompanied by a spectrophotometer to measure the spectral curve, and the nominal indicators are compared with the measured curve. We require advance explanation of the third-party re inspection report, and we will cooperate with the inspection.
The typical temperature drift of the hard film process (magnetron sputtering+ion assisted) is less than 0.02nm/℃, which is one order of magnitude smaller than that of ordinary soft films. For outdoor or high/low temperature conditions, please indicate the temperature range when placing the order, and the shipping report will include a temperature drift measurement item.
The standard external tolerance is ± 0.1mm, and high-precision ± 0.02mm needs to be indicated on the drawing. The appearance shall comply with the industry standard for scratches/dents (40/60), and special requirements for surface shape and parallelism shall be provided with the drawings.
We will conduct a retest with the measured curve, and for those that do not meet the standards, we will unconditionally return or exchange them. We will bear the round-trip shipping cost. The criteria for placing an order are the acceptance criteria, not a word game.
