How to disassemble and install the vibrating mirror of the laser marking machine

After using the laser marking machine for a period of time, there may be problems such as the laser marking machine not being able to mark properly or not emitting light. After careful investigation, we found that there was a problem with the vibrating lens.

At this point, we need to remove the vibrating mirror and send it to the manufacturer or designated repair area for maintenance, and then the repair number will be assigned. We still need to install the vibrating mirror. This article mainly focuses on two aspects: removing the vibrating mirror and installing it.

The steps to remove the vibrating mirror are as follows:

1. Under the condition of ensuring complete power outage, disconnect the power cord of the marking machine head from the street. If some styles do not have this street, they can be ignored.

2. Remove the mirror and cover it with a protective cover. During the operation, fingers or any other objects should not collide with the mirror, especially the lens.

3. When using hardware tools, they are usually pickpockets with internal corners. When unscrewing the marking head, be careful to disassemble it because the removed shell plate is connected to the vibrating mirror drive plate to prevent excessive pulling force.

4. Disconnect all connections, power supply lines, signal lines, and click on the driver line.

5. Remove the drive board and package it properly, then remove the Y motor and X motor and pay attention to packaging them properly. Pack the driver board and X and Y motors together, so that the task of removing the vibrating mirror is completed and sent to the repair location.

The steps for installing the vibrating mirror are as follows:

Firstly, install the Y motor and X motor, and ensure that they do not collide at any angle.

2. Install two driver boards.

3. After connecting all the wires, test and debug the angle and depth of the galvanometer motor to ensure that the final laser output center position is the center of the field mirror.

4. Clean up the wiring and arrange the length of the wires, then close all the covers for marking.

5. After connecting the external cables, you can restart the laser coding machine, and the installation of the vibrating mirror is now complete.
