Optical coating of filter
In order to meet the requirements of the geometric, optical, physical, and chemical properties of the filter, one or more layers of thin films with different properties and applications are often deposited on the surface of the component using chemical or other mechanisms in a vacuum environment. The commonly used filter films include anti reflective film, external reflective film, internal reflective film, spectral film, filter film, waterproof film, protective film, electric heating film, polarizing film, etc.
The plating methods include solution precipitation method, cathode sputtering method, acid etching method, electrolysis or oxidation method, and vacuum evaporation method. Our company's optical filters are mainly produced by vacuum coating. In addition, the production methods of optical filters include heating and melting method, gas film formation method, spray painting method, etc.
