Laser protective mirror, also known as laser window or optical window, is an optical flat lens that serves to protect electronic components, sensors, and semiconductor components in the optical path. Window panel is one of the fundamental optical components in optics, which does not change the magnification of the optical system and only affects the optical path length in the optical path. Mechanical properties such as transmittance, surface accuracy, thickness, parallelism, and substrate material are important parameter indicators for window panels.
Laser protective mirror is an optical glass plate that is finely ground and polished to form two parallel surfaces. They can be used as protective components in various complex environments, and their efficient transmittance makes them almost unaffected by visible light passing through. The commonly used coatings are anti reflective film (AR) and anti scratch film (AS), which can also be improved according to customer needs. They can be waterproof, dustproof, and scratch resistant, and can be customized according to customer requirements. Optical window film is a pre protective film for optical systems, mainly used for the packaging of CCD/CMOS chips, protection of optical instruments, measuring instruments and digital devices, as well as cover films on various laser devices and laser diodes.
The basic principle of laser protective mirror detection
Various impurities in the optical window must be different from those in the optical window. When light enters an optical window, various impurities will reflect and refract differently from the surrounding optical window. For example, when uniform light is perpendicular to the optical window, for example, if there are no impurities in the optical window, the emission direction will not change, and the detected light is also uniform; When there are impurities in the optical window, the emitted light will change the detected image accordingly. Due to the presence of impurities, stress concentration and deformation occur around it, which can also be easily observed in the image. If encountering transparent defects (such as cracks, bubbles, etc.), the light will refract at the defect and the intensity will be greater than the surrounding area, so the light detected on the camera target will be correspondingly enhanced; If encountering light absorbing impurities (such as sand), the position of the light at the defect will become weaker, and the light detected on the camera target will be weaker than the surrounding area. By analyzing the intensity and image features of the image signals captured by the camera, corresponding defect information can be obtained.
