Application Detail
Where We Serve
Protective lenses, focusing lenses, and field lenses in the optical path of laser cutting, welding, and marking equipment, balancing high damage threshold and batch consistency.
The optical path of laser equipment has two hard requirements: first, the components must withstand power density, and second, the energy distribution at the focal point must be stable. The protective lens of cutting and welding equipment is directly blocked on the splash path and belongs to consumables, which are sensitive to the hardness and wiping resistance of the film layer; Marking and engraving equipment place greater emphasis on the consistency of focal length and wavefront quality of field lenses and focusing lenses.
First, confirm the laser type and wavelength, and then confirm the power density and spot diameter - these two factors determine the film design and substrate thickness. The optical path space on the device side (mirror holder size, incident angle) needs to be provided together to avoid components not being able to fit in.
