Where We Serve
Narrow band filters, dichroic mirrors, and emission/excitation paired filters for in vitro diagnostic equipment such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, fluorescence quantitative PCR, and biochemical analysis.
The signal-to-noise ratio of in vitro diagnostic equipment directly determines the detection sensitivity. The fluorescence detection module relies on three things: excitation light entering, emission light exiting, and stray light not entering. The wavelength pairing and transition band width between components are the core. In addition, medical equipment needs to be verified before shipment, and batch consistency of components is more important than single item indicators.
Please provide the optical path structure of the device (incident angle, spot size), target dye or center wavelength, and the response range of the detector. Most projects require both bandwidth and cutoff depth requirements, otherwise stray light will leak from the transition zone.
