Application Detail
Where We Serve
Neutral density, narrowband, and spectral components used in smoke detectors, laser rangefinders, four-wheel aligners, and optical detection equipment.
The components of sensing devices mainly solve two problems: limiting the light intensity entering the detector within the response range, and eliminating interference bands. Scenarios such as smoke detection and spectral detection also require components to have stable performance under temperature and humidity changes, without wavelength drift.
It is necessary to clarify: the detection band, the allowed range of light intensity (determining the attenuation level), and the incident angle of the component - neutral density filters are sensitive to the incident angle, and oblique incidence will cause a deviation in the design transmittance.
