Multi band dura mater interference filter
Applications: Optical spectroscopy instruments such as fluorescence microscopes, police multi band light sources, and bio chip readers
Band: from shortwave ultraviolet to near-infrared, i.e. 250nm-1000nm range
Filter type:
Generally, the following spectral types of hard film interference filters are used:
Bandpass type, shortwave type, longwave type
Band Pass type: Band Pass filters (BP)
Bandwidth series: 15nm, 20nm, 25nm, 30nm, 35nm, 40nm, 50nm, 100nm. The light in the selected band passes through, while the light outside the passband is cut off.
Short pass filter (SP)
Light shorter than the selected wavelength passes through and is cut off longer than that wavelength.
Long wave pass filter (LP)
Light exceeding the selected wavelength passes through and is shorter than that wavelength.
Reflector: Heat Reflecting Mirror (HM)
Reflects near-infrared light (thermal light) through visible light, often used in conjunction with optoelectronic receiving devices, CMOS, CCD, etc.
Cut off wavelength range:
According to the cutoff wavelength range, filters are divided into two types:
Visual observation was conducted using a V-shaped far ultraviolet visible region (200-750nm, V * 200-700nm).
Type I far ultraviolet near infrared (200 nm-1150 nm) is suitable for daily visual observation, photography, and CCD imaging instrument systems.
Background cutoff depth:
According to the background cut-off depth, the filter is divided into three levels:
0.1% -0.01% OD3-OD4 (IE-3-- IE4) - suitable for ordinary instruments;
0.01% -0.001% OD4-OD5 (IE4-IE5) - suitable for mid to high end instruments;
0.001% -0.0001% 0D5-0D6 (IE5-IE6) - Suitable for professional grade high-end instruments.
Applicable light source types:
According to the power of the light source, filters are divided into two main series:
L series: The filter is suitable for light source systems with a power of 150W (metal halide lamps, halogen lamps, mercury lamps).
H series: The filter can work continuously in a 200 W-400 W strong light source (xenon lamp, mercury lamp, metal halide lamp) system without cracking.
Structural dimensions: Conventional dimensions D20, D25, D30, D50
A filter with a cut-off range from ultraviolet to near-infrared, consisting of three or two filters, or a single filter;
The filter with a cut-off range from ultraviolet to visible light is composed of one or two filters.
